Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy Overview

We stand behind our AI Website Builder and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds for our AI-powered website creation platform.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription or service is activated, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for partial usage or unused time.

3. Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

4. Exceptional Cases

We understand that special situations can arise. In rare cases involving service disruptions, platform errors, or unintended charges, our support team may issue account credits or partial refunds at our sole discretion.

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction and include:

  • Your account email
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant logs or screenshots

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in suspension of your account.

6. Credit Rollover Policy

If your subscription plan includes usage-based credits, the following rollover terms apply:

Rollover Eligibility: Unused credits from a paid monthly or annual subscription plan will automatically roll over to the next billing cycle, subject to the limitations outlined below.

Expiration: Rollover credits expire twelve (12) months after the date they are added to your account, regardless of your continued subscription status.

Rollover Limits:

• For monthly subscription plans, rollover credits may accumulate up to the amount of credits allocated under your plan each month.

• For annual subscription plans, rollover credits may accumulate up to the total annual credit allotment (calculated as monthly credits multiplied by twelve).

Cancellation: Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, all unused and rollover credits will expire at the end of the then-current billing period and will not carry over.

General Terms: Rollover credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash or exchangeable value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the credit rollover feature at our discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

7. Subscription / Payment Terms

The Service is subscription-based. Neuronide offers monthly plans for now. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

All payments for the Services must be made using a valid credit card or via a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our designated payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.

By using a third-party payment service, you also agree to be bound by that provider's terms and conditions.

8. Fulfilment and Service Policies

Service Delivery

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Credentials are emailed. Contact support@neuronide.com if you experience issues.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime via Profile → Plans & Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel.

• Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

9. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from using our service, we may extend your refund eligibility period while we resolve the issue.

Service Outages: Extended service outages may qualify for account credits or partial refunds, calculated based on downtime duration.

Policy Changes: If we make material changes to our service that negatively impact your usage, we may offer refund options beyond our standard policy.
